The authentic freshwater pearls are natural and so may vary in size and shape but are generally between 3mm and 5mm wide. 

Comes in a 14.5 inch choker style length but with a 2 inch extender to adjust out to 16.5 inches. 

Chain and Charm are 14k (14/20) Gold Fill. 

Mini Heart Charm measures approximately .5 inches wide.
