Each Herkimer stone is a natural entity and no two stones are identical. 

Sizing is based on total length around wrist. The best way to size yourself is to use a piece of string and measure with a ruler. 

Available Sizes:  *All sizes come with a 1/2 inch extension*

X-Small: 6 inch + .5 inch extension

Small: 6.5 inch + .5 inch extension

Medium: 7 inch + .5 inch extension

Large: 7.5 inch + .5 inch extension

X-Large: 8 inch + .5 inch extension
