Dec 8th: Last Day for Personalized & Fine Jewelry

Dec 15th: Last Day for USPS Standard Shipping *excludes Fine & Personalized jewelry

 

Will I get my order in time for Christmas? 

Orders without a Personalized or Fine piece of jewelry placed before December 16th will ship within 5-7 business days and arrive in 3-5 business days (before December 24th). Orders placed after December 15th are not guaranteed for delivery before December 24th.

For orders containing a Personalized or Fine piece of jewelry placed before December 9th, they will ship by December 16th and arrive within 3-5 business days (before December 24th). However, orders containing a Personalized or Fine piece of jewelry placed after December 8th are not guaranteed for delivery before December 24th.

You will receive an email with your shipping tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Can I have my order rushed? 

We are not offering rushed or expedited orders.

 

I didn't receive a confirmation email when I placed my order.

My tracking shows that my package was delivered, but it isn't here

Typically we see this issue resolved and packages finding their owners within 2-3 business days. If you still haven’t received your jewelry by then please email us at love@jamesmichelle.com 

 

Why hasn't my tracking updated? 

Due to the increased volume of shipments USPS handles during the holidays, scans are occasionally delayed. This is completely normal and does not mean your package is lost. Just check the next day and if you still don't see updated tracking then please email us at love@jamesmichelle.com
