This year we’re giving our team a much needed break to relax and be with their friends and family during the holidays. Our amazing crew has been working around the clock for the past two months fulfilling a record amount of orders. My order won't make it in time!

When will I receive my order?

Orders usually take 10 business days to process and produce. Our production time has increased due to holiday demand. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and create everything by hand, just for you or that special someone.   

You will receive an email with your order tracking info as soon as it leaves our studio in Bend, Oregon.

 

Will I get my order in time for Christmas?

If you ordered prior to our December 4th cut off, your order is guaranteed to ship in time for Christmas.  

If you ordered after December 4th, we will do our very best to get your order shipped in advance of the USPS cut off dates. We cannot make any guarantees as to when your order will be delivered. Order tracking info will be sent as soon as the order leaves our studio.

Once a package has been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for the items in transit.

Can I have my order rushed?

We are not offering rushed or expedited orders until January 2019.

I ordered after the cutoff and I don't know what to do!

We are doing our very best to get as many late orders out by the USPS cutoff dates. To ensure there's something to give, even if your order is still in our studio or transit, we've made some very cute James Michelle printable product postcards. Let your special someone know their gifts are on the way.

How long will my order take to get to me once it ships?

Once your order has been processed and produced, orders are shipped via First Class mail by default, which varies between 3-5 business days. If you paid for Insured Shipping, the typical transit time is 1-3 business days.

 

I didn't receive a confirmation email when I placed my order.

Please check your junk/spam folder. If you still haven't received it, please email us at help@jamesmichelle.com and we can resend the confirmation and ensure you get your order info.

 

My tracking shows that my package was delivered, but it isn't here. 
😩

Typically we see this issue resolved and packages finding their owners within 2-3 business days. If you still haven’t received your jewelry by then, get in touch with your local USPS and they will start an investigation.

James Michelle Jewelry is not responsible for USPS related shipping delays. 

 

Why hasn't my tracking updated?

Due to the increased volume of shipments USPS handles during the holidays, scans are occasionally missed. This is completely normal and does not mean your package is lost. 

 

Can I have my order redirected to a different address once it has shipped? 
😎

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS. Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
