Production & Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: Production and shipping times may be delayed during and after Sitewide Sales.

Production 

Orders begin processing immediately.
Orders without a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item ship within 3 business days. Orders with a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item take up to 7 business days to ship.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available

Shipping

Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service.

Please Note: Orders containing both Core Collection items and Demi-Fine or Fine Collection pieces will be shipped separately. Because these collections have different production and fulfillment timelines, you will receive separate shipments and tracking numbers for each package

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
