Production & Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: Production and shipping times may be delayed during and after Sitewide Sales.

Signature Required: For the security of your purchase, all Fine Jewelry orders over $700 require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package or contact the shipping carrier once tracking is provided to make alternate delivery arrangements.

Production 

Orders begin processing immediately.
Orders without a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item ship within 3 business days. Orders with a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item take up to 7 business days to ship.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available

Shipping

Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service.

Please Note: Made-to-order items are crafted by hand and may ship separately from other items in your order. If your order ships in multiple packages, you'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
