Production & Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: Production and shipping times will be delayed during and after our Black Friday Sitewide Sale.

Holiday 2024 Order Cutoff Dates:

Dec 8- Last Day for Personalized & Fine Jewelry

Dec 15- Last Day for USPS Standard Shipping on all jewelry *excludes Fine & Personalized jewelry

Dec 18- Last Day for UPS 2-Day *excludes Fine & Personalized jewelry

Production 

Orders begin processing on the next business day. Orders without personalized or fine jewelry ship within 3 business days, while orders containing personalized or fine jewelry require up to 7 business days for production. Pre-order items ship separately from other items in your order. 

Shipping

Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
