Purchases made between April 14, 2026 and May 10, 2026 are eligible for exchange or return for store credit through June 30, 2026.

April 24- Last Day for Fine & Demi-Fine Jewelry *Orders must be placed before 2pm PT on this day

April 29- Last Day for Personalized (Engraved) Jewelry *Orders must be placed before 2pm PT on this day

May 3- Last Day for USPS Standard Shipping on all jewelry *excludes Fine & Personalized jewelry *Orders must be placed before 2pm PT on this day

May 5- Last Day for UPS 2-Day *excludes Fine & Personalized jewelry *Orders must be placed before 2pm PT on this day

Production 

Orders begin processing immediately.
Orders without a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item ship within 3 business days. Orders with a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item take up to 7 business days to ship.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available

Shipping

Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
