RETURNS

Jewelry is eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. 

We DO NOT offer refunds back to your original form of payment

We are happy to take back non-worn and clean jewelry for store credit

We DO NOT allow for any Fine Collection items to be returned/exchanged

Custom hand stamped orders are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Please get a tracking number when you send your return. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

Your exchange is subject to a fee depending on the style. For items having to be restamped or remade there is a fee from $10-$15, any additional fees will be explained case by case.

Please email love@jamesmichelle.com with “Return” and your order number in the subject line and you will be supplied with instructions and a return form to be filled out indicating return, exchange, or repair and included in your return package. 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact love@jamesmichelle.com within 24 hours of receiving the package to resolve the problem. Please include your order number along with a picture of the damaged item.

EXCHANGES

Your exchange is subject to a fee depending on the style. For items having to be restamped or remade there is a fee from $10-$15, any additional fees will be explained case by case. 

All exchanges are subject to a processing / return shipping fee that will range from $6 - $10, if chosen to exchange for another item.

Chain Length Exchanges:

We do accept chain length exchanges. Customers will be invoiced for any price difference in standard chain lengths and will be charged a reworking fee of $10 for necklace styles with the chain attached to the charm, stone, or bar. 

Ring Size Exchanges:

Depending on the style, we can exchange your ring size for just the price of shipping. For any rings that will require the item to be remade (Quote Ring, Initial Ring, She is Wild Ring, and similar styles) there will be a $15 re-working fee in addition to the return shipping. This will be invoiced when the item is ready to ship back out.

 

Chele Collection / Hats Return & Exchange Policy: 

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

Goods returned must be unused and in the original packaging with the hang tag on and intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please email love@jamesmichelle.com with “Return” and your order number in the subject line and you will be supplied with instructions and a return form to be filled out indicating return or exchange and  included in your return package. 

For refunds, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.  Once processed, refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on your bank.

If you would like to exchange your item please email us at love@jamesmichelle.com to get a return form.

You can exchange your item for any size (permitted it’s in stock) and we will send the exchange back to you. Customer pays the exchange shipping cost and will be invoiced before the new item is mailed out. 

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the package to resolve the problem. Please include a photo of the item and we can advise you on how to proceed.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
