- December 8: Last day to order Fine & Demi-Fine jewelry
- December 11: Last day to order Personalized/Engraved jewelry
- December 16: Last day for USPS Standard Shipping on all jewelry (excludes Fine & Personalized). Order before 2pm PT.
- December 19: Last day for UPS 2-Day (excludes Fine & Personalized). Order before 2pm PT.
Extended Holiday Return PolicyPurchases made October 21 through December 25, 2026 qualify for:
- Refunds: Within 14 days of delivery.
- Store Credit: Through January 31, 2027.
- Exchanges: Through January 31, 2027.
Returns & ExchangesWe want you to love your James Michelle pieces. If something isn't quite right, we offer returns on eligible items for a refund, exchange, or store credit.Return RequirementsTo be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the order date.
- Items must be clean, unworn, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
- Sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set. Individual pieces from a set cannot be returned separately.

Once your return is approved, follow the instructions provided in the portal to send your items back.Please note: Returns sent outside of our return portal may not be accepted or processed. James Michelle is not responsible for packages sent back without an authorized return. Please do not mail items to any address without first starting your return through the portal.Processing TimeOnce we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for it to be processed.Return & Exchange FeeA $6 return/exchange fee applies to all returns and exchanges.

Warranty Policy
We offer a 1 Year warranty covering material and workmanship defects on all jewelry, along with a lifetime color warranty for all products. This warranty excludes lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage. Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues. For warranty requests, please email love@jamesmichelle.com.
