Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns on eligible items for exchange and/or store credit only. We do not offer refunds on any return orders. All returns must be made within 30 days of the order date and must be clean, unworn, and have no signs of wear or damage. Certain pieces are always final sale (please refer to the final sale guide below).
Sets can only be returned or exchanged as a set. No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange.

Final Sale Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for a return or exchange at any time.
- Personalized jewelry: all pieces that are hand stamped and/or engraved are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange at any time.
- Sale or Clearance items: pieces with prices ending in .99 are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Fine jewelry: all fine collection pieces are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange at any time. Please take extra care and attention when selecting your size for fine jewelry pieces. Some repairs and replacements on fine jewelry are covered under warranty.
