Orders from James Michelle are eligible for return or exchange, for store credit only, within 30 days of the order date. We do not offer refunds back to your original form of payment. All returns and exchanges (jewelry, t-shirts, hats) must be clean, unworn and have no signs of wear or damage.

Holiday Shopping Extension

All qualifying purchases made between October 15, 2022 and December 15, 2022 may be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2023

Please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal to begin a return or exchange. Please have your order number and shipping zip code available. Please note there is flat fee of $6 for shipping and handling of an exchange or return.

If you have not received your order, you have been shipped an incorrect item, or need to speak to us about an order outside of the 30 day returns & exchanges window, please email us at love@jamesmichelle.com

Final Sale Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for a return or exchange at any time and are final sale

    • Custom pieces: all pieces that are hand stamped are not eligible for a return or exchange.
    • Fine collection: Fine collection pieces are not eligible for exchange or return. However, for fine jewelry we offer a lifetime warranty for issues with the material or workmanship of the piece. Just contact us at love@jamesmichelle.com if you need help with your fine jewelry.
    • Sale or Clearance items: pieces with prices ending in .99 are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Sets can only be returned or exchanged as a set. No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange.
Lost Order, Incorrect Items or Damaged Items
If your order has not arrived (please note order processing takes 5-10 business days) or you have received a damaged or incorrect item please contact love@jamesmichelle.com to resolve the problem.
