Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.
Final Sale Items
• Personalized Jewelry: Due to their custom, made-to-order nature, hand-stamped or engraved pieces are final sale.
• Fine Jewelry: All fine jewelry is final sale. As these items are handmade to order, please be sure to confirm your sizing before purchasing.
Sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, not individually.
MOTHER'S DAY EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD
Purchases made between April 1st and May 9th will have an extended return period through June 30th, 2025.
To start a return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal with your order number and shipping zip code. Returns may take up to 14 days to process, and a $6 return/exchange fee applies.
Warranty Policy
We offer a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects on all jewelry, along with a lifetime color warranty for our Forever Gold Collection. This warranty excludes lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage.
