I think they are nice but they are so thin but I wish they could be a little more thicker like yours stacked rings but I am going to still purchase more rings your jewelry is so beautiful and nice I am a loyal customer

This is a beautiful ring until it broke. I own other pieces of James Michelle and never had this happen. Actually I have never had this happen to any of my rings from anywhere. I did reach out and I was past the 1 year warranty, so they offered me 20% off which was very nice. The ring was then out of stock, so when it came back in stock and went to order and use my coupon it didn't work. I reached out again and they did say to place my order and they would refund the 20% coupon code. I did not place another order. I was reading reviews and came across one that the same thing happened to another customer which was around the same time as when I bought mine originally. She was sent a new ring because the response shows the ring while it's delicate should never break. This was my favorite ring and wish it would have lasted longer than 1 yr 7 months. :(

One of my faves! Love love love this ring! So simple but you can stack or wear it alone, but I think it is so pretty on its own! I love how none of James Michelle jewelry tarnishes, even when washing your hands-I never take my rings off and they don’t change colors!

General Policy:
Orders begin processing immediately. Orders without a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item ship within 3 business days. Orders with a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item take up to 7 business days to ship.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.
Please note: We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible and begin working on them right away. Because of this, we're not able to make changes once an order is placed — including edits to items or shipping addresses.

Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service. Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.
Is there a warranty?
All jewelry excluding Fine and Demi-Fine includes a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects, along with a three-year color warranty.
Our Fine and Demi-Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty, including lifetime color coverage, with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.
The lifetime warranty remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the piece.
All warranties exclude lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage.
Please note: warranty policies are void if jewelry is taken to another jeweler for repairs or modifications. This includes resizing or any other work performed outside of James Michelle.
Our warranty is designed to take care of your jewelry through repair or replacement, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. In some cases, shipping costs associated with warranty services may apply.

What is the return and exchange policy?
Mothers Day 2026 Extended Holiday Exchange & Store Credit Policy: Purchases made between April 14, 2026 and May 10, 2026 are eligible for exchange or return for store credit through June 30, 2026.
We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.
Final Sale Items
• Personalized Jewelry: Due to their custom, made-to-order nature, hand-stamped or engraved pieces are final sale.
• Fine/Demi-Fine Jewelry: All Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry is final sale. As these items are handmade to order, please be sure to confirm your sizing before purchasing.
Sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, not individually.
To start a return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal with your order number and shipping zip code. Returns may take up to 14 days to process, and a $6 return/exchange fee applies.
Warranty Policy
