My cross necklace just arrived and I absolutely love it. It's so easy to put on and I love the unique, hammered look. I have a thin herringbone 17" gold chain with a small bezel diamond pendant that I never take off. I bought the 18" cross necklace and am on a wait-list for the 16" gold snake chain. I am so excited to layer all 3 of these together. I love to layer necklaces but sometimes they get all tangled up. These 3 are all a very different chain, so I don't think I will have the problem of them tangling. Beautiful!!

Orders without a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item ship within 3 business days. Orders with a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item take up to 7 business days to ship.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.

Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service. Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.
Is there a warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects on all jewelry, along with a 3 year color warranty for our Forever Gold Collection. This warranty excludes lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage. Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.
Extended Holiday Exchange & Store Credit Policy
Purchases made between October 15, 2025 and December 25, 2025 are eligible for exchange or return for store credit through January 31, 2026.
Sets: Sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, not individually.
Final Sale Items
• Personalized Jewelry: Due to their custom, made-to-order nature, hand-stamped or engraved pieces are final sale.
• Fine/Demi-Fine Jewelry: All fine jewelry is final sale. As these items are handmade to order, please be sure to confirm your sizing before purchasing.
