I have been honestly obsessed with this jewelry designer for several years. I’ve probably bought around 12 pieces, and 2 “fine” pieces. However, the quality just wasn’t there… even my fine pieces broke. I don’t expect much from the $100 and under pieces, but my goodness; they either tarnished, broke, arrived with saunter marks, or just looked nothing like the photos. THIS… if you buy nothing else, buy THIS! I can’t speak to the longevity as it’s only gold plated, but buy it! It looks like necklaces passed down to me from design houses like, Cartier(for not even the price of tax on those)! Absolutely flawless! Haven’t taken it off since it arrived, and it looks just as good with sneakers/sweats, as it does with a blazer for work, or a cocktail evening. You NAILED it, James Michelle!

Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service. Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.
Is there a warranty?
All jewelry excluding Fine and Demi-Fine includes a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects, along with a three-year color warranty.
Our Fine and Demi-Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty, including lifetime color coverage, with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.
The lifetime warranty remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the piece.
All warranties exclude lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage.
Please note: warranty policies are void if jewelry is taken to another jeweler for repairs or modifications. This includes resizing or any other work performed outside of James Michelle.
Our warranty is designed to take care of your jewelry through repair or replacement, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. In some cases, shipping costs associated with warranty services may apply.

What is the return and exchange policy?
Mothers Day 2026 Extended Holiday Exchange & Store Credit Policy: Purchases made between April 14, 2026 and May 10, 2026 are eligible for exchange or return for store credit through June 30, 2026.
We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.
Final Sale Items
• Personalized Jewelry: Due to their custom, made-to-order nature, hand-stamped or engraved pieces are final sale.
• Fine/Demi-Fine Jewelry: All Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry is final sale. As these items are handmade to order, please be sure to confirm your sizing before purchasing.
Sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, not individually.
To start a return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal with your order number and shipping zip code. Returns may take up to 14 days to process, and a $6 return/exchange fee applies.
Warranty Policy
