I saw this piece online months ago. I loved it, so I bookmarked it. Then, I printed it out and attached it to my reward board for 2026 and started saving up. On Christmas morning my sweet husband and family gave me James Michelle gift cards so I ordered it immediately!
I received it in about 3 weeks. I ordered it on Christmas Day so I knew there would be a little delay due to pieces being hand made. The wait was worth it! It is absolutely lovely. It looks exactly like the photo. The chain is a delicate, mirrored box chain. I love the way the diamonds catch the light and the texture of the piece, with the way the stones are set makes me think of diamonds sprinkled in the sand. Although disc or coin necklaces are always popular, this is a unique piece so I know I won’t be seeing it on everyone I know! It’s not a piece you couldn’t wear everyday yet it’s so simple and elegant that it would look beautiful if worn while you are dressed up and out at a special occasion.
The customer service is excellent. Every email of mine was answered on the next business day. My only regret is I love it so much I wish I engraved my initials on the back! Thank you James Michelle for everything!

I received this necklace as a gift from my husband after I had been eyeing it for some time. I wanted it so bad lol when it arrived I fell even more in love with it! It’s absolutely beautiful, the coin is the perfect size. I’m a North Carolina girl so the wave 🌊 fits perfect for my love of the ocean. Thank you James Michelle for this beautiful piece of art!

Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service. Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.
Is there a warranty?
All jewelry excluding Fine and Demi-Fine includes a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects, along with a three-year color warranty.
Our Fine and Demi-Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty, including lifetime color coverage, with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.
The lifetime warranty remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the piece.
All warranties exclude lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage.
Please note: warranty policies are void if jewelry is taken to another jeweler for repairs or modifications. This includes resizing or any other work performed outside of James Michelle.
Our warranty is designed to take care of your jewelry through repair or replacement, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. In some cases, shipping costs associated with warranty services may apply.

What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.
Extended Holiday Exchange & Store Credit Policy
Purchases made between October 15, 2025 and December 25, 2025 are eligible for exchange or return for store credit through January 31, 2026.
Sets: Sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, not individually.
Final Sale Items
• Personalized Jewelry: Due to their custom, made-to-order nature, hand-stamped or engraved pieces are final sale.
• Fine/Demi-Fine Jewelry: All fine jewelry is final sale. As these items are handmade to order, please be sure to confirm your sizing before purchasing.
