I needed to replace my wedding rings temporarily due to a medical issue, and this one is so PRETTY! I got it slightly big so I can move it to my right hand when the time comes. It’s so well made and the silver setting place really makes it unique with the gold band and green amethyst stone. Very happy!

I love the 2-tone metals, and even though the stone is small, it's still a good size. However, I'm so disappointed in the quality of the stone. Mine is such a light, almost clear color that it looks like no stone is in the setting. More than once I've had someone ask me if my stone fell out. :(

How long does production take?
PLEASE NOTE: Production and shipping times may be delayed during and after our Sitewide Sales.
Orders begin processing immediately.
Orders without a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item ship within 3 business days. Orders with a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item take up to 7 business days to ship.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.
Please note: We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible and begin working on them right away. Because of this, we're not able to make changes once an order is placed — including edits to items or shipping addresses.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
PLEASE NOTE: Production and shipping times may be delayed during and after our Sitewide Sales.
Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service. Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.
Is there a warranty?
All jewelry excluding Fine and Demi-Fine includes a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects, along with a three-year color warranty.
Our Fine and Demi-Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty, including lifetime color coverage, with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.
The lifetime warranty remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the piece.
All warranties exclude lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage.
Please note: warranty policies are void if jewelry is taken to another jeweler for repairs or modifications. This includes resizing or any other work performed outside of James Michelle.
Our warranty is designed to take care of your jewelry through repair or replacement, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. In some cases, shipping costs associated with warranty services may apply.

What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.
Extended Holiday Exchange & Store Credit Policy
Purchases made between October 15, 2025 and December 25, 2025 are eligible for exchange or return for store credit through January 31, 2026.
Sets: Sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, not individually.
Final Sale Items
• Personalized Jewelry: Due to their custom, made-to-order nature, hand-stamped or engraved pieces are final sale.
• Fine/Demi-Fine Jewelry: All fine jewelry is final sale. As these items are handmade to order, please be sure to confirm your sizing before purchasing.
