I think this ring is beautiful! I did have to return the first one because the sizing is not true. Even the 2nd one is still small. I cannot wear it on my middle finger like I had hoped. So, be aware and order atleast 1 size up.

I I absolutely adore this ring! It feels good. It looks great. I’ve been wearing it every day since I got it a week ago. High quality and I love the fact that it is waterproof tarnish free. I went according to the reviews and ordered one size larger for my finger as some of the reviews said the ring ran small. I usually wear an eight I ordered the nine and it’s perfect.

I was sold on this ring but unfortunately, I wasn't able to wear it due the size I chose was too small so it had to be returned. I am hoping the size 7 comes in stock so I can actually enjoy wearing it.

How long does production take?
PLEASE NOTE: Production and shipping times may be delayed during and after our Sitewide Sales.
Orders begin processing on the next business day. Orders without personalized or fine jewelry ship within 3 business days, while orders containing personalized or fine jewelry require up to 7 business days for production. Pre-order items ship separately from other items in your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
PLEASE NOTE: Production and shipping times may be delayed during and after our Sitewide Sales.
Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service.

Orders placed after Feb 5th are not guaranteed for delivery by Valentine's Day unless expedited shipping is selected.

Is there a warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects on all jewelry, along with a lifetime color warranty for our Forever Gold Collection. This warranty excludes lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage. Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.
VALENTINE'S DAY EXTENDED RETURN PERIOD
Purchases made between Jan 12th, 2025 and Feb 14th, 2025 will have an extended return period through March 31st, 2025.
Sets: Sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, not individually.
