This necklace and carabiner lock was exactly what I was looking for. I have many pieces from James Michelle and they have all healed up great through years of wear. This necklace is dainty and I like the smaller links on the paperclip chain which feels more modern. The carabiner is easy to unscrew and add charms. This will be a staple around my neck from now on.

I really really wanted to love this product. No issues with the necklace, but the mechanism on the link lock randomly opens. On two occasions, it occurred without my knowledge and resulted in losing charms from the necklace. Sad to see this failure as I've only had this necklace for less than a month.

How long does production take?
Orders begin processing on the next business day. Orders without personalized or fine jewelry ship within 3 business days, while orders containing personalized or fine jewelry require up to 7 business days for production. Pre-order items ship separately from other items in your order. Please note that production times may be delayed during sitewide sales
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service.

Is there a warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects on all jewelry, along with a lifetime color warranty for our Forever Gold Collection. This warranty excludes lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage. Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.
Extended holiday return & exchange policy
Purchases made Nov. 15, 2024 through Dec. 25, 2024 have an extended return period through Jan. 31, 2025.
Sets: Sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, not individually.
