I loved these earrings from the moment I received them! They are lightweight, simple and are great for every day or to dress up. My biggest complaint is that they don't stay fastened very well. They have fallen out of my ears several times and I was lucky enough to find them, but sadly the last time, one of the pearl flowers fell off and hasn't been found. James Michelle, can I purchase a replacement one?

I loved these but when I got them the design of the earring doesn't even go in to my earring hole without massive pain due to the design. I bought them during the 30% off sale and they don't offer money back and only in store credit and don't give that credit to you until they get the package back which I understand but to be out money when I can't even wear something is wrong. I have bought over 30 pieces of hers but sadly due to her no money back return policy I will not be buying anymore pieces.

How long does production take?
Orders begin processing on the next business day. Orders without personalized or fine jewelry ship within 3 business days, while orders containing personalized or fine jewelry require up to 7 business days for production. Pre-order items ship separately from other items in your order. Please note that production times may be delayed during sitewide sales
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service.

Is there a warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects on all jewelry, along with a lifetime color warranty for our Forever Gold Collection. This warranty excludes lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage. Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.
Extended holiday return & exchange policy
Purchases made Nov. 15, 2024 through Dec. 25, 2024 have an extended return period through Jan. 31, 2025.
Sets: Sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, not individually.
