Mother's Day 2026 Extended Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made between April 14, 2026 and May 10, 2026 are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit through June 30, 2026. Mother's Day purchases follow this extended window rather than the standard 30-day return window below.

We offer returns on eligible items for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

JM Guarantee For Hassle-Free Returns

At checkout, you may choose to add JM Guarantee for $1.98 to your order. If selected, return shipping is covered for eligible returns and exchanges, and no additional return shipping fee will apply.

If JM Guarantee is not added at checkout, a $6 return/exchange fee will apply when your return is processed.

Please note that JM Guarantee does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Personalized Jewelry: Any custom, engraved, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Fine/Demi-Fine Jewelry: All Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry is handmade to order and is final sale. Please confirm your sizing before purchasing.

Sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, not individually.

To start a return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal with your order number and shipping zip code. Returns may take up to 14 days to process once received, and a $6 return/exchange fee applies (unless JM Guarantee was added to your order at checkout). Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing is complete.

Warranty Policy

All jewelry excluding Fine and Demi-Fine includes a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects, along with a lifetime color warranty.

Our Fine and Demi-Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty, including lifetime color coverage, with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.

The lifetime warranty remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the piece.

All warranties exclude lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage.

Please note: warranty policies are void if jewelry is taken to another jeweler for repairs or modifications. This includes resizing or any other work performed outside of James Michelle.

Our warranty is designed to take care of your jewelry through repair or replacement, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. In some cases, shipping costs associated with warranty services may apply.
