Shipping policy
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available. PLEASE NOTE: Production and shipping times will be delayed during and after Sitewide Sales.
Production
Orders begin processing immediately.
Orders without a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item ship within 3 business days. Orders with a Personalized or Fine item take up to 7 business days to ship.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.
Shipping
Once processing is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service.
Rush Orders
We offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air for expedited shipping; however, we do not offer rush production for jewelry.
Changing or Cancelling Orders
We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible and begin working on them right away. Because of this, we're not able to make changes once an order is placed — including edits to items or shipping addresses.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
Lost Orders, Incorrect Items, Damaged Items
If your order has not arrived within 15 days of placing your order, or if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at love@jamesmichelle.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
