How long does production take?

PLEASE NOTE: Production and shipping times may be delayed during and after our Sitewide Sales.

Orders begin processing immediately.
Orders without a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item ship within 3 business days. Orders with a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item take up to 7 business days to ship.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.

Please note: We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible and begin working on them right away. Because of this, we're not able to make changes once an order is placed — including edits to items or shipping addresses.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

PLEASE NOTE: Production and shipping times may be delayed during and after our Sitewide Sales.

Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service. Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.

Is there a warranty?

We offer a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects on all jewelry, along with a 3 year color warranty for our Forever Gold Collection. This warranty excludes lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage. Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.

What is the return and exchange policy?

We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.

Sets: Sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, not individually.

Final Sale Items    

Personalized Jewelry: Due to their custom, made-to-order nature, hand-stamped or engraved pieces are final sale.   

 • Fine/Demi-Fine Jewelry: All fine jewelry is final sale. As these items are handmade to order, please be sure to confirm your sizing before purchasing.
